Edoku Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Edoku (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Edoku is licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use under these Terms and the applicable Apple terms.

For iOS users, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies:

2. Full Access Purchase

Edoku may offer Full Access as a one-time in-app purchase through Apple In-App Purchase.

• Payment is charged by Apple using your App Store account.
• Full Access unlocks paid game modes and included premium drawing packs available in the App.
• Restore Purchases is available in the App for supported Apple accounts.
• Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s App Store policies.

3. Gameplay

Edoku is a visual Sudoku-style puzzle game. The App may include multiple game modes, puzzle difficulties, drawing packs, statistics, reminders, and leaderboards.

We may update puzzle packs, gameplay behavior, scoring, statistics, drawing packs, or available modes in future versions to improve quality, balance, reliability, or user experience.

4. Leaderboards and Game Center

Edoku may use Apple Game Center for leaderboards.

• Game Center availability depends on Apple’s services and your Game Center account status.
• Leaderboard submissions and rankings are handled by Apple Game Center.
• Rankings, score formats, and leaderboard behavior may change over time for balance, reliability, or platform requirements.

You agree not to manipulate, automate, falsify, or interfere with leaderboard submissions or rankings.

5. Daily Grid Reminders

Daily Grid reminders are optional. If enabled, the App may schedule local notifications on your device. You can disable reminders in the App or through iOS settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the App.
• Cheat, automate play, or manipulate leaderboard integrity.
• Misuse App functionality in a way that harms the App, other users, or related services.

7. Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. Some features, such as purchases, restore purchases, notifications, and Game Center leaderboards, depend on Apple services and may be unavailable due to platform or service issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edoku is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may restrict access to certain features if these Terms are violated, especially in cases involving abuse, cheating, or interference with leaderboard integrity.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date.
